Hola! I’m Vanessa — a proud Hispanic woman from Colombia, financial coach, and real estate agent passionate about helping Latina women and couples create financial peace, freedom, and generational wealth.

My journey to financial freedom wasn’t easy. Like many families, I once faced credit card debt and money stress — but through faith, discipline, and the right tools, I transformed my finances and my mindset. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to guiding others to do the same.

Today, through Franco Financial Coaching, I help my clients get organized, pay off debt, and build confidence with their money. And as a trusted real estate agent with Choice Residential Real Estate in North Carolina, I also help families take the next step — turning financial stability into homeownership.
